The Retreats Cancellation Policy

Every client’s appointment is very important to us here at The Beauty Retreat. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to rearrange your appointment but due to an increase in last minute cancellations and no shows without a valid reason, we have no choice but to enforce our cancellation charges.

Please give 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling your appointment to give us the opportunity to fill the time with other clients from our waiting list.

If you have booked multiple services in one appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice should you not require all your services. A 50% charge will still apply for the treatments that are not required.

If we have a valid mobile number on our system, we confirm your booking by text 2 days before your scheduled appointment. However please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation charge.

Policy Charge

-          Less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge totalling 50% of your appointment cost.

-          No Shows will incur a 100% charge of your appointment cost.

Julie Loveridge Specialist Massage Clinic Policy

Due to our massage specialist Julie being in such high demand and travelling from the Isle of White twice a week her bookings will incur a £20.00 cancellation charge should more than 1 treatment be missed or cancelled last minute without a valid reason.

Pre-Booking Deposit

Due to an increasing number of large scheduled appointments being made and cancelled last minute to the detriment of the business, we will now require a £20.00 deposit for all bookings over 2 hours. This is credited in full at checkout of your appointment. Should this appointment be rescheduled without the required 24-hour notice, the deposit will be taken in full to cover the costs of the business.
